Hollow Oak Ceramics is responsible for the personal details you share with this shop. This page explains what we collect and why.
This shop runs on Handsold, which hosts it and stores your details on our behalf. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and your address goes to the delivery service carrying your parcel. We never sell your details.
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax purposes (usually six years). You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link at the bottom of each one.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email maya@hollow-oak.test. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
