UK orders usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days of being posted. You'll see the price and an arrival estimate at checkout, before you pay.
We post to many countries. International orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days, and can take longer at busy times. Your country's customs may charge import taxes or fees, which the delivery service collects from you.
Anything made to order needs a few working days before it can be posted. The product page and checkout both include this in the estimate, so there are no surprises.
If your order hasn't turned up within a few days of the estimate, email maya@hollow-oak.test with your order number and we'll look into it.
